Question is my '95 960 OBDII?

Where do I check for this (I know where the connectors usually are, but these seem proprietary...)

I saw in the 850s that there is some secret thingy behind the ash tray... do we get a nifty secret message like this? How do I know if I have OBDII codes (or better, a connector?)

OBD 2 was 1996. I am not positive, but there may be one located near the e-brake handle. Other than that I believe it has the 'A' and 'B' connectors under the hood by the right headlight, 6-pin connectors, there are some special codes that you can input, but VOLVO has a tool that plugs in a provides the OBD 2 connector, if this vehicle has it.

I was looking up above the fuse box (the big one on the drivers side) completely opposite diagonal from the battery.... is this completely wrong? I found connectors there :-/
