Oil Cooler Hollow screw Torque

Question Oil Cooler Hollow screw Torque
I am replacing the two seals and one gasket in my oil cooler assembly. Can anyone tell me what the torque should be on the Hollow screw that attaches the assembly to the motor? Screw is part number 9142518 and can be seen on Volvo drawing PV22065308. Thank you. Don
