I have another small problem with my '97 960. The passenger side power seat does not move forward and back properly. When the switch is pressed only one side of the seat moves, forward or back. As expected, that one side will only move so far as it twists the seat out of shape.

Temp fix: For now, I have tapped the cable to the motor back, in a certain possition so it will work. Does anyone know of a place to get a cable to fix this or some other permanant repair?

 

The cable has stretched(Common) You can replace the cable or heat the end with a mini torch and slide the metal end in more and fix it.
