Default Small Coolant Leak

Hey, I have a 1996 960 with approximately 88,000 miles. I noticed some coolant on the ground below my car yesterday and took a look under the hood. I found that coolant it is slowly leaking out from where the hose (that connects the radiator to the thermostat housing) connects to the radiator. I tried tightening the hose clamp but it wouldn't move. I am assuming the hose is just old and needs to be replaced but am wondering if you think it could be something else.

Thanks,

Tom

I would agree with you. Obviously the hose clamp is as tight as it will go and is now being stopped by the pipe inside the hose.

Check the other hoses while you are at it.

Most likely the Radiator is cracked and leaking.

I checked this out today and the plastic pipe that the hose connects to on the radiator is cracked. Is there any way to fix this crack or do I have to replace the whole radiator? Replacing the whole thing would stink because the radiator itself still works perfectly fine. Thanks for your help.
