Trim attached how?

How is the trim along the side rear, and doors attached to a 1988, 760 GLE? It is popping up and I need to reattach it.

I beleive it is held on with clips.

OK, is there a way to remove the trim, replace the clips and reinstall the trim? Is there a special tool or magical trick I need to know about?

Usually if you kind of turn the molding up or down and pull on it some they will release.
