Hello! I have a 1993 850r wagon and I replaced the hazard switch thinking that was the issue with my turn signals and hazards but it wasn't, it will work when you use the right turn signal but when you use the left it won't work as well as the hazards won't work either. I know I need to replace the ignition because it has the infamous Volvo wiggle issue where certain things will work and others won't but I seem to not be able to find the issue with the hazards and turn singals, help!!!

 

For it all to work you need power from fuse 13 always hot; power from fuse 27 ignition on hot; a working ignition switch, hazard switch, and turn signal switch. I am assuming all the light bulbs light.

 

I've checked my fuses multiple times and replaced the hazard fuse and it still didn't fix the issue sadly, the right blinker works but left and hazards do not

 

time for a visit to volvowiringdiagrams.com - did you check for voltage going into the fuse and out and to/from the switch? Don't rule out bad bulbs or connections to the lamps... Note to get access to the ignition and turn signal switch requires a very long torx bit to remove the lower cover under the steering console. I'd need to look to see which size it is, don't recall off hand.
