I Have A 1993 Volvo 850 Turbo I'm Working On In Automotive Tech Class, I Swaped A New Engine In And Connected Everything And Tried To Start It But it Just Turns Over It has no spark or injector pulse, I checked and the fuel pump I Checked The Crank Position Sensor with a multi meter and it works got a new camshaft position sensor still does the same thing and doesn't start I made sure and everything is working I used the A/B box and scanned for codes but A2 Fuel System and A6 Ignition System Doesn't Want To Work It Doesn't Want Blink At All It Just lightly Glow And I Know It's Supposed To Blink 111 if I doesn't work at all so I don't know what could be wrong do you guys think it could be the computer or something?

Try removing and reinstalling the computer module. 1993 model years were unique and had a lot of "one year only" parts. Make sure you have the correct computer modulr for the year motor and proper wiring harness. Sounds like an electrical issue. Start metering ALL the wires back until you find where the missing signals are. You have a good start, it is just going to be a process of elimination until you find it.

Ok thanks I already took the computer out and put them back in still not start, and I'll see if I can find out what year the engine is.

Just for grins and giggles......try spraying a 1 or 2 second burst of starting fluid into the intake and see what she does. If it starts and runs for a couple seconds, then you have spark (but most likely no fuel) I know you said you tested for spark, but this is a pretty sure fire way to let you know if you really do have spark.

Otherwise I still say it is an electrical issue.

When the LED lightly glows and doesn't blink, in my experience, the problem is the fuel injection relay is off. This relay has these gummy inserts in the wiring harness plug which rot, and it gets accidentally unplugged. It powers a couple pins on the ECM, as well as the injectors, and this somehow causes the dim LED thing.

So I feel sure that is your problem. This relay is on top of the radiator, I believe, but I am not 100% sure as 93's are kinda rare. But anyway, that's my diagnosis. And it's a free fix.
