Hi There, i have a 1993 volvo 850GLT Auto, last week it was so hot, so i turn on the A/C, after few sec some smoke came out from the vent, so i took it to the dealer, i normally take it to the dealer if something major, anyway they told me the CCM Module 2.0 & 1.0 is bad, it will cost $3,000 starting, but it might need to remove the dash which is addition $1,000 more, i was like why it is happen to me, i love this car, for the past 16 years, only some minor problem with this car, i take good care of it in & out, does anyone have this kind of experience & know how to fix it, also where to get the parts, i don't want to take my lovely volvo to the junk yard, please help me!! thank you so much.
