1995 850 T5 Wagon Acting Up....Again!

Here we go again. A couple of weeks ago. I changed the T5's battery, the next day it started loosing power on hill climbs, experiencing vibration and rpm drop. After a week, everything went back to normal. Now we have all new different symptoms. She fires up just fine, idles fine in park and neutral. Intermittently, when shifting to reverse or drive, the car would vibrate and drop rpm, transmission "arrow light" (is that what you call it?) lights up and quickly goes out. If the car doesn't drop rpm on drive, she would run on the first gear just fine, but as soon as she hits 2nd gear power loss and vibration experienced. This is also experienced going up hill. No codes read.
Recently done, tune up, oil change, cleaned MAF. We've checked the Fuel Pump Relay, Fuel Pump, Fuel Filter, and everything seems to be working fine. I'm second guessing the stuff we haven't checked like the coil, and distributor rotor, vaccum lines maybe? Thanks gentlemen.
