1996 Volvo 850 won't start

Hi and welcome to VolvoForums.com.
What Brick850 said. If the car doesn't crank over it's likely the battery. You need to check and clean the battery connections. If it will not start when you try to jump it, you may have a bad starter.
The starter will likely need 7 volts or more to make the CLICK sound. The radio and lights may only need 3 or 4 volts. So the battery may not be all the way dead, just to dead to start the car.
