Hello and Thanks for any help!
I have replaced the coolant temp thing below the thermostat with a brand new one, and replaced the relay from a used one out of the junkyard that was an exact replacement (same part#) The local radiator shop told me they got the fan to come on high and low with some kind of tool.
It will not come on with the A/C turned on, I think its low of freon because it keeps kicking on and off.
And last of all the fan will turn freely by hand.
???????

For it not coming on with the A/C it might be the high pressure switch.

Does it overheat?

 

I believe there is also a relay behind the glove box that turns the fan on when the A/C is turned on, next to the high speed fan relay.
