Help! I've got rear brake lights and the rear turn signals work, but the rear running lights are out on both sides. The bulbs have been replaced. Obviously, I can't drive at night with no rear running lights! What do I check or replace. This is driving me nuts...

 

There is a bulb failure relay that goes bad that is in the trunk on the drivers side like under the tail light assembly. Most are blue in color they go bad at times.
