Default 850 sedan spring q

so im seeing a few different things in my search for new springs. i have a 94 and 95 850 sedan, one turbo one non-turbo. im about to swap springs on them due to both having old springs that are bottom'ing out way too much on slow speedbumps.

anywho, ive seen springs for sedans/wagons with and without nivomat.

im fairly sure my cars dont have nivomat. i prefer to get my stuff from one outlet, but that outlet has the springs i want, but in the description it says 'WAGON ONLY W/O NIVOMAT'

i was under the impression that most suspension stuff, mainly springs, were pretty much interchangable so long as both cars dont have nivomat (in my paticular situation).

true or not? im hoping that i can order from just one place instead of 2.

When was the last time your struts were replaced? Bottoming out can be caused by blown shocks allowing too much rebound.

i already had the struts checked. the springs have been identified as the culprit. none of the struts show signs of wear or the typical bouncy-ride that comes with blown struts.

mechanic said springs seemed to sag a bit too much and i should replace those first.

Okay, I would go with H&R or IPD springs. I have H&R and I love the ride. Everybody else loves IPD too.

Just be cautious of some springs as they are intended to stiffen and lower your car, if you are not looking to do either make sure you consider ride height before purchasing.

Do the springs really go bad? I thought people just changed springs to lower their cars. I have never changed mine. My son is always trying to get me to lower my yellow one, but I don't want it lowered.
