850 Turbo Wont Start
Hello,
I am a proud owner of a 1995 850 Turbo Wagon. For one reason or another it will not start. The usual warning lights like check engine, abs, oil etc will not come on. Also I don't here the fuel pump buzzing either and neither the Turbo, oil pressure gauge moves. What could possibly be wrong?

I had this trtouble with my 850.
After i replaced the crank angle sensor and the cam angle sensor it would still not start, I then replaced the fuel pump relay. It now starts.
The relays are under and behind the fuze cover. Remove the screws and lift off the main cover and you will see the relays. The relay is called " FUEL PUMP CONTROLLER"

I suspect if your cluster lights are not lighting up when you turn the key that your ignition switch may be bad. Can you tell us more about what does or does not work when you turn the key. Example: Does the car crank (like ibified said), does the radio turn on, interior fan, headlights, wipers....check all these things. A video of you turning on the car would help a bunch.

Still confused????
Oh wait a minute.. Does this mean you can manually turn over the engine but the starter won't turn it over?
Given the other stuff that doesn't work too, sounds like something basic in electrical system is bad; like battery or ignition switch... you'll have to ck voltages...
