Hi Guys! my 850 developed a problem about 3weeks ago, i noticed the car would not start on the first kick no matter how long it cranks, But on the second kick it starts and runs very smoothly. So i changed the fuel filter although it was due for replacement. the problem is still there. So i want to buy new spark plugs. Please can anyone help? i would really appreciate any help thanks.

Also If i press the gas pedal half or full way down while kicking the car it starts grudgingly after like 4 -6sec

 

Are you getting a CEL? If so, check the codes. If not, then I would check out the fuel pump relay. Could also be a loose ground to the coil.

 

does CEL mean Check Engine Light? No there is no "CEL" displayed on the dash so where can i locate the fuel pump relay?
