Hi im having a problem with 96 850r the car in the on position gives no dash lights will crack but wont start. If i bridge fuse 4 and 5 together the car gets all dash lights and starts fine i have changed all fuses relays and ignition switch any help would be greatly appreciated

 

volvotips.com should have a wiring diagram to trace fuse 4/5 back to the ignition switch and show wiring points and relays in the service path.
