The 110,000 service is pertty much just an oil change. 100,000 was the timing belt. 120,000 is the major tune up service.

EDIT: You have to check about the timing belt. Some 94's were 50k timing belts and others are 70k timing belts.

Also, a good time to verify that other maintenance items were done...

1) drain & fill (not flush) automatic trans fluid
2) check pads and rotors. replace, if needed. do not turn rotors
3) drain & fill coolant. replace thermostat. replace hoses.
4) check belts and idler pulleys. replace, if needed.
5) purchase a stack of oil drain plug crush washers.

tech where can i get the info about the 50 or 70k for the timing belt?

70,000 MILES:
TIMING BELT ('94 -'97 models): REPLACE -
Replace worn belts to avoid belt failure while driving.

Some early 94's were 50k belts. You would have to get the engine # of the timing cover or the block to find out 100%.

Yes it should be oil and filter change and general check over.

tech i found the engine # for that car

B5254S, last timing belt change was 70707.
Can you tell me when does the 850 engine need timing belt replacement?

Also, there is like a buzz near the throttle with key on, eng off.
Ticking at idle, could be the valves?

The timing belt interval is 70,000 on that car.

The humming with the key on is the idle motor.

The ticking might be the oil pan o-rings.

No the o-rings go bad causing low oil pressure and the Lifters tap from low oil pressure.
