I am assuming that these are all engine codes (A2 socket). These are what they mean.

2-1-3 ???
2-1-4 RPM sensor signal sporadic
4-4-3 Three way cat. Efficiency
1-1-2 Fault in ECM

Not sure what you would do to fix this but I figured this could get your started.

A3 : 213, 214
A7 : 122
B Socket
B1 : 414 & 417
B2 : 122

Apperently the a2: 231 code is supposedly caused by a leaky vacuum fitting going to what looks like the fpr on the matts Volvo site

VACUUM LINES!! Check and replace ALL of them!

Go to the dealer and buy a handful of each of the vacuum elbows.

I think there is a sticky out there or "Google" it and replace ALL the Elbows and check ALL the hard plastic lines.

Does your Boost/vacuum guage work? sometimes that line gets messed up near the drivers side headlight/hood latch.

all vacuum lines are fine. the fuel pressure doesnt hold. as soon as i turn the car off, there is no pressure at the rail and when it is running im only at 28 psi

Well good news i Figured it out apperently the hose from my pump to the outlet of the pump assembly was on the very end of the steel line and was leaking back into the tank so it would only get up to 28 psi and would drain back as soon as i turned the car off.
