Default '96 850 starting problem?

hey guys!
I have '96 volvo 850, 2.4 non-turbo. It just started giving me problems on start-up. It takes about 6,7 seconds before it turns over and then once it starts it's shaking for the first few seconds, from there on it is all fine. Runs great, no CEL, no codes, everything seems fine.
I replaced battery, plugs, wires, cap and rotor, and I still have the same problem. It actually never left me stranded, it always starts after few seconds but I am afraid this is not going to last forever and I want to get it fixed. Any ideas, tips?

Somehow you need to check and monitor the fuel pressure.

Get a fuel pressure Guage and it will screw onto the end of the fuelrail. See if the fuel pressure drops to Zero acter sitting. If it does then the fuel pump is bad.

thanks tech!
Does this car have a cold start switch maybe? Reason I am asking is because it always starts fine after it's warmed up, only problems occur when it's been left sitting for a while.

No it doesn't have a cold start switch.

Also keep an eye on the coolant temp sensor.

Still sounds like a fuel delivery problem.
