Sometimes, the trembling noise is actually created by the belt tensioner when AC is turned ON probably because of the slack in the belt increases on that side because of streching of belt from the load side.

Yes, I can see the tensioner pulley is trembling when A/C is on. I will tight it a little bit to see.
