Default 97 Volvo Wagon GLT Weird Vacuum Leak

I have a vacuum leak in the wagon I just bought yesterday. I know where it is and can reach it. The only problem I have is there is a weird clamp on it. This clamp just looks really weird so I'd like some input before taking it off.

The hose is on the front of the engine, looks like coming from the throttle body.

those are difficult. they aren't to be reused, so just pry it off and replace with a normal clamp. usually a flat head screwdriver will work

Yeah, just pry them off. I really don't care for those hose clamps myself.
