As for the cranking, make sure you really clean the battery cable connections. They often corrode on all cars and it really does not show. I actually had to scrape it off my Jeep and then I was fine with the cranking problem.

How do I go about finding the Fuel Pump Relay?

When I was at the salvage yard I could not find one under the driver side dash.
