Default Alignment after lowering

My car needs an alignment. Before I get that done, I want to put a set of Eibach springs on it.

I'd like to hear from anybody who has the Eibach springs... did you have any issues with alignment after installation? If I'm going to need camber plates or bolts, I'd like to be prepared to install everything at the same time, and avoid multiple trips to the alignment shop. And if I don't need them, I'd like to save the money.

Thanks

A quick check on eBay says you can buy the eccentric bolts for $15 a side. Probably can't hurt to install when you do the struts, but its up to your alignment shop to see if they can bring the wheels into spec with or without tuning via the bolts.

When I bought my T-5R, it did not have camber bolts. I would say you will not need them unless you want them for more adjustment. I have Eibach springs/Koni fsd set-up.

It does not matter what kind of springs you have, its the height of the car. The alignment shop will be able to set Toe only. They will only go after camber if you point out that you have added camber bolts. There is a very limited camber adjustment now between the hub and strut.

The reason I asked about the Eibach springs specifically is because I'm told they will lower my car the least. I'm not looking to slam the car, but I do want a firmer spring.

I saw the camber bolts on eBay, but I'd like to get this done asap, since I need tires pretty badly, and need the alignment first. I don't want to wait a week for shipping if it's something I don't really need.

Thanks for all the input.

They will not slam the car. It is about 1.2 in lower all around I believe. You could also get the Camber bolts at Napa for cheap too.
