Anyone seen this?! Bad ECU?

RESOLVED..."Anyone seen this?! Bad ECU?" NOPE, bad main relay wire...

I rebuilt my turbo and put it all back together today. It wouldn't start. I pulled a code P0120. The overdrive arrow was flashing. I pulled the battery cables, let it sit, put it back on and THIS was what I saw. Picture is with key in position II. Though, the error on the digital readout is ALWAYS ON when the battery is connected...
So, are the flashing arrow, and the error on the readout, a sign of a bad ECU?
Or, a short somewhere?
I was VERY excited to go for a spin with the rebuilt turbo :wompwomp:
as always, THANKS FOR ANY HELP!

A quick update
I scoured the 'net a little bit looking up some "no start" and "P0120" issues. I found some have had problems with main relay (above fan shroud, drivers side, behind intercooler hose). I went out to inspect mine quick, HA!

Looks like the wire had rubbed against the shroud enough to make it all the way through. So, I quick jumpered the wire and connected the battery. No errors. I'm going to do some more in depth work tomorrow but this is a lead I'll take.
Cheers
