Default Bad noise under the hood.

Last night My car starting making this noise and I was hoping someone has experienced this problem or know what could be the cause.

The sound cuts out after 38 sec due to the .mp4 format.

There were no issues before or signs that something was going to happen. The sound is coming from the right side, after looking again it seems more toward the back area right behind the distributor cap. I checked the oil level and it was fine. When it happened I was about a quarter mile away from home, so I drove it back. While driving the noise stayed the same as when idling.
Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

among other things, it sounds like you have a vacuum leak
also, try taking the distributor cap off, a bit of the rotor may have broken off and could be spinning around in there

Thanks for the comments.

I ended up taking to a shop so I can make it to work. They told me I needed a new starter and possible flywheel if it's damaged. When I went to start it for them it wouldn't crank but you could hear the starter. Rolled the car back and forth in 2nd and then it was able to crank fine. The price on a rebuilt starter was $179, I'm hoping that is the only problem.
