what are the best tune up parts to use from Spark plugs to wires cap rotor etc

if i were you i would go with bosch - but thats just my opinion-coz thats what i used for all of my tune up after rebuild

Bosch cap and rotor, IPD wires and OEM plugs.

Agreeed with Boxpin. Usually you want to go with Bosch parts, or IPD. OEM is always the best though. If you do not want to get the OEM plugs, go ahead and get the Bosch Platinums, they're basically the same, but not the same "model"

They ran alright in my car. I would honestly stay away from them again. The started to degrade after a few months and ruined my idle sound until I got new plugs. Then everything went fine. I would go with Bosch. E3's just run way too hot.

This is the setup I used but I used Kingston wires. I had no issues with them.
