Hi my name is steven and have a 1996 Volvo 850. I just recently replaced the blower motor and blower motor resistor in my car except now the blower motor just blows constantly even with the car off. I also am not getting any power to my thermostats controls. For example the lights next to the REC button and the AC button doesn't now turn on anymore and the lights behind the temperature nobles don't light up any more.

Make sure all electrical connections are tight and are connected the way the system came apart in the first place. Try it all again with the blower motor unplugged. You may have gotten a bad motor.....
