Default Brake noise/ vibration and tire question

I own a 97 850 GLT and have just replaced the front rotors. Everytime I apply the brakes, there is this intense vibration that shakes the whole car which is accompanied by a loud moaning sound as it comes to a stop. The noise has happened before after lightly sanding the rotors and pads last year in an attempt to eliminate that brake squeal. My next question regarding tires on a lower car. I installed lowering springs and was wondering if going with 205's would rub the wheel well since the car is lowered? Thanks for your help.

205s will probably not rub, depending on how low you have gone. just make sure you stick with a 50 series tire. "205" is the section width, and the "50" is the height of the tire.

if you're getting a vibration when you stop, and it just appeared after doing the front brakes, you probably got a rotor (or both) that are warped. Either have them turned or take them back and exchange them. You should NOT have that happening.

Further question on this — I also had a vibration upon braking from the driver side front tire. I changed the pads, got new rotors. I like to think it vibrates slightly less, but I wouldn't bet on it. Made me wonder if I should have replaced the caliper at the same time, since some of what I assume was once rubberized coating over the caliper piston was worn. Could that contribute to vibration? Is there anything else to consider?

caliper will not cause pulsation on braking. I'd check tie rod ends or ball joints.
