Brake question
I recently had my brakes done at a local shop.
I bought some used wheels off craigslist about a week later and noticed when changing wheels that my right front rotor just spins in the caliper. The others don't. I have to move it back to line up with the wholes for the lug nuts before I put the wheel on.
Any ideas?

If you take a look at the non-spinning rotors on your car, you’ll see one small pin sticking out near the bolt holes. If memory serves, it uses an 8mm wrench to screw/unscrew it. That helps to align the rotor and the wheel. I’m guessing that the one that spins is missing that pin.
I had stock steel wheels with hubcaps, I put on 1998 v70 aluminum wheels(which don't have a whole for that pin) I had to take the pins out. The others are not spinning though only that one rotor.
I'm going to guess that the non-spinning rotors are just a bit stuck from rust/heat/dirt. I'd think that you'd be able to tap them with a soft hammer and they'd break free and spin. It shouldn't be an issue since the lug nuts clamp everything together when the wheels are on.
