my a/c compressor and clutch are working. but its not blowing. now if i have the a/c on at any setting and im traveling at speeds of 45 or greater the a/c does come through the vents somewhat. i was just hoping someone might be able to guide me in the right direction on what part to start with. i heard it could be the blower motor resistor or the blower motor itself. also where is it located and how would i remove it.

I would say blower motor and resistor.
They are located under the Dash on the passenger side of the car.
