Volvo 850 Made from 1993 to 1997, this Volvo line was available in both a wagon and a sedan, both with were graced with several trim levels.

Can do I take apart the center console?

Default Can do I take apart the center console?
I took out the flap and the 2 screws in the center console cubby area, but how can i take the other plastic pieces off? like the black plastic trim around the shifter and the tray in front of the shifter? Had the hardest time trying to come up with it...am i missing something?

There are 2 screws facing backwards in the change tray in front of the shift selector. Hard to see but they need to come out with torx bit.

I put together this video to show people how to pull the center console of the Volvo 850. I pulled mine to get to the bulb at my shifter.
