Maybe the clutch went out.
Do you still have brakes?
The clutch and brakes share the same fluid.

I have brakes and the fuild is still at the full level I think it is the slave cylinder or the hose from the slave cylinder to the clutch cylinder

Sounds about right if you still have fluid.
Maybe try bleeding it.

I believe it is.
You can change most of the parts without removing the transmission.

Try pumping the pedal up some even if you have to lift it.
Then after pumping it about 5-10 times hold it down them open the bleeder.
Then try again and see if the pedal comes back.

It took my son and I a day and a half to change the clutch. I do have an engine hoist which made it easier. We used a jack under the engine and use the hoist to holt the transmission. I don't know why a burned clutch would not release. Maybe the fork has sliped put of position or the throwout bearing is bad. I assume from your previous posts it's not the slave or master cylinder.
