Car stall when giving too much gas
Guys, I feel as though I have tried everything right now, the problem has been going on for roughly 4 months now. Here is the problem. When I am at a complete stop and I give the car too much gas the car stalls, however if I just give the car a little bit of gas, or let it coast then hit the gas the car moves just fine. Also, when accelerating on the highway the gears are not very smooth, like the car kicks when it shifts. There was a MAP flow sensor code which went away after replacing the MAP, as well as a cylinder 1 misfire code which is still there
Here is what I have done recently in the past 4 months: Full tune up, timing belt, plugs, wires, dist cap and rotor, PCV system replacement, transmission drain and fill, replacement map. Just ordered a coil replacement which I forgot to do.

Transmission not working
For some reason the transmission is not longer working, making a loud screeching sound when first putting the car in park. None of the gears engage, cannot move the car at all. There is some leaking underneath the car so I'm going to pull the pan and inspect everything. Does anyone have any ideas?
