I have 850 T5 2.0 Turbo 155 kw,but my engine is broken and i want to put 2.3 Turbo 166kw on my volvo.
Does anybody knowes is this possible.Someone thinks that the engine is the same but the electricity or ECU want match.

 

My guess would be that at a minimum you would need the ECU from the 2.3 along with the wiring harness. As for the mounts and all and if you will have to fabricate anything, I am not sure but someone else will be along soon who can tell you. Anything is possible but I am certain you would need the computer from the 2.3 engine otherwise the one from the broken 2.0 will be trying to send its fuel and ignition info and it will not match up which will mean no fire.
