Default Changing gears too quickly

So today I was trying to do a 3 point at a dead end of a parking lot...

i tend to change gears quickly and i let go of the brake even thou I was in reverse the car rolled forward and then had a feedback and then changed to reverse. I never had that happen to me before...I was wondering is that really bad :\...

Was the car running at normal temperature or was it still cold?

This can happen if the oil in tranny is cold because of making the solenoids work sluggish.

When top up the fluid, make sure to use Dexron-III or Mercon ONLY and NEVER allow even the tiniest piece of FOD fall into the dipstick tube.

A normal tranny fluid should be clear red.

Any codes in the TCM (Transmission Control Module/ECU)?
