yep....cv joint. Jack it up and crawl under and it should be easy to tell which one. When the boot splits, the grease gets thrown all over everything. Find the mess and you'll find the bad joint.
Don't forget to replace the axle seals if you pull the axles. Nothing more frustrating than having to go back in there in a couple thousand miles and pull the axle(s) if it starts leaking.
