Clunking noise from passenger side rear wheel

Hear it when hitting bump/manhole; hear it beter with rear pas. window open. When did last oil change the mech. looked at suspension and did not find anything wrong there.

Anyone w/ ideas at what to look?

There is not to much on the passenger side to rattle. Maybe the Sway bar broke. But where is breaks is on the left side Of U.S. cars.
