Default Code 435 and e-test failure

I got the El light triggered on my 95 850 turbo y'day. As to what I understand is that this is the pre-cat O2 sensor going bad (maybe 2 days after a shot of SEA FOAM). I have few questions regarding this because this car failed the Ontario e-test last week and i got a temperory permit to drive it for 10 days only (2 more left).

1- Is the sensor same for turbo and non-torbo?

2- Is it possible to clean it - i mean will it work or help?

3- Can this really make the car fail in NO component of the emossions?

If the O2 is bad you will need to replace it.It may have to much or to little gas going into the motor.

Still failed the e-test with more bad results. Its failing only on NOx component of the test.
Does that mean that catalytic converter is shot or the tune-up, Oxygen sensor, turbo or anything like that plays a role in this?
