Condensation all over inside of car
since the winter has started there has been condensation all over the windows on the inside of the car, even around the ignition. when its freezing out the water all turns to ice and can be scraped off. I have a slight leak in the sunroof but can a slight leak cause all that? today I noticed the weather stripping in the corner of the sunroof where the leak is is cracking and looks gray and faded. where can I buy weather stripping for the sunroof? and is it possible that the seal around the windshield in the front is worn and needs to be done over
You should also make sure all of your vents are open and clear. Under the hood, back near the rear tires, etc.
Then, stop that sunroof from leaking. I hear that it is very hard to get a new seal on the sunroof. I usually seal the sunroof from up top or replace it with a good one.

You have a leak somewhere. Be it the heater core or a seal (door, window, sunroof, etc). Until you get that under control its going to continue.
Also, turn on your A/C and dont set it to recirc...it will pull moisture out of the air.

i am fighting the same thing right now on a 98 V70 (same as an 850). It had a coolant leak that I could smell, but what I didn't realize was that it had a big rain leak in the windshield for who knows how long.
Anyway, there is a foamed-back rubber mat under the carpet. That is where the water will be, and lots of it. It's like a sponge. I took the seats out and stripped everything out. The back seat sound insulation I had to throw away. I think the front might be salvageable. I just cut the flat part out from the front footwells. The rubber mat is also the sound insulation on the firewall, all one piece, so it is sort of unremovable. The water was all down at the bottom anyway.
