constantly Dying Battery!

Default constantly Dying Battery!

I have an 850 turbo, and a amp and 2 subwoofers were installed into the trunk. The power was directly from the battery, but the amp stayed off until the car was started. Well since then, my battery has been dying out of nowhere. I took off the power and put it back to stock. Now it still dies (battery) mostly in a couple of days, whether or not its driven. I replaced the battery with a garanteed good one and replaced the alternator, but it still doesnt change. Even a half hour on "accesories" can kill it.
Help please?

You need to check for a parasitic draw on the system.

It seems to me the amplifier may have been wiredincorrectly and consequently damagedsomeother fragile electronic componentcausing your battery to drain mysteriously (d.c. is far less forgiving than a.c.)

The quickest,most effective, and probably the cheapestsolution in my opinion, would be to take the vehicleto a reputable automotive electrician who should be able to trace and correct theproblem.

thankx for the good tips, turns out i overlooked that my glove box has been broken since i got the car and the lights been on since then. ....oops..
