Question Coupling removel at fuel pump

1995 850 [2.3l] turbo

i am having trouble locating the volvo tool [999 5533]!!
from what i read, this is the same tool, used with the fuel injector removal. I have searched the web, and cannot come up with anything. This fifteen minute job has turned into a week long project!!

does anyone have a method to remove the 'quick couplings" from the fuel pump body? It appears to me that you compress the fuel line into the coupling body, then lift the coupling upward. I sure do not want to damage the couplings!! (i made the tool to remove the plastic ring at top of pump!!)

appreciate any hints or guidance!

I use 90 degree needle nose pliers and push the outside collar from the pump then lift the line off.

Thanks for the hot tip!! Now to find out why I don't have any pressure to wastegate diaphragm! Turbo should be spinning all the time, in the condition, but no boost press. noted!

If you have no pressure to the waste gate it will be running full boost all the time.
