Default Engine rattles at start - bad engine mounts?

Just bought this '97 850 with 130K (non-turbo). When I start the engine I get some vibration inside the passenger compartment that feels like the engine is banging against the frame of the vehicle. Once the car starts I rarely hear it. I'm wondering if I have a bad motor mount (I see there are a few of them in the diagram on eEuroparts.com). Are there some that typically go bad?

mine is actually bad right now as well, when i accelerate at higher speeds my 850 vibrates pretty bad, but motor mounts are not that expensive to replace.

I would start with the top mount in the engine bay and go from there. That one is probably the easiest to replace
