just replaced the head,.....t5 no spark no fuel pump noise and no warning lights {idiot lights maybe im the idiot}on the dash i know on some cars they go into shut down mode 850 also .....please help thanx pete

Do you have any power? check the battery connections?

yes cranks to beat hell just wont start no spark no fuel no fuel pump noise at tanl and no warning lights in the dash all good fuses ect auto shut down???????????

Did you make sure the timing is TDC when installed?
I am no expert so when tech gets back on he can help.

yes there is one hose that i dont know where it goes... it come i think fom the block out toward the dip stick.. some how i think it goes to the air box or air filter box not sure no spark no fuel no fuel pump noise no warning lights on dash all else works flashers, blinkers, windows, ect. but not radio.. battery was dead for along time

is the hose near the oil or tranny dipstick?

If you are using the Haynes manual for this process the spark plug numbering on the cap is dead wrong. If it will start at all it will run like crap.

Try this from bay 13 which is correct:

whith the key in the on position... none of the warning or idiot lights come on... am i correct that they should every time key is in the on position???? could this be part of the reason it dont start anyone know symtoms of crank sensor??????????????? pete

Yes all idiot lights should come on at position-II. If the battery is good, I can only assume that an electrical connector was accidentally knocked off during the head job.

I would go over everything that was done to make sure that everything is back in place.

do you know where that hose by the oil dip stick goes??????do you have a pic of a complete 2.3???

you sure it is a hose and not a connector? is it above or below the dipstick handle level? diameter of hose?and where from the block is it coming from?
