Default Factory fogs really hard to get to...

I'm having a lot of trouble trying to replace the factory beat-up fogs in my '97 N/A wagon. The thing is that you can barely fit your hand underneath, much less a decent Torx screwdriver. I also have the headlight washers, which makes almost no room behind thhteme right lamp. I've also tried removing the corner lights and approaching them from above with no luck. Is there a trick to unbolt them? Any help appreciated.

Thanks

To get to the driver side, you need a ratchet and a torx bit, you need to fiddle around until you can get them loose enough to unscrew with ur fingers.

On the passenger side, I had to remove the windshield washer tank to gain access. The tank is held on by three 10mm nuts, 2 on one end closer to the pass. front wheel, and one above the foglight rear backing.

After all that I replaced the 4 oem screws with some phillips screws and bought a short 2" phillips screwdriver for next time.

Take your time and look before you start pulling on the washer tank to make sure no wiring gets caught.

Could just take off the bumper and you'll have completely access to the lights. Taking off the bumper only takes like 15 minutes.
