Fan is only going on "high"
Hello!
My fan motor is only working on high. However, I have heard that the resistor in a relay might be the problem. Someone once told me that if I bridge the resistor level 1,2 and 4 would work. I found the relay and tried to make this bridge, but the fuse for speed 1-3 blew. Which connectors should be bridged? (as below)

If you are not getting 1-2-3- the resistor is bad.By jumping the resistor that will not do anything but keep blowing the fuse.The resistor is what drops the Voltage and makes the fan run slower for the lower fan speeds.Fan speed 4 is direct 12Volts to the blower motor.
