My wife came to me and said that it sounds like my wheel is out of balance. So i rotated them. The noise is still there, although it goes away when you are going speeds 50 or higher. I have gotten a couple of different responses from my family members. My thought is that its a wheel bearing. What do you all think. Thank you

I would say wheel bearing as well.

 

I had a 1998 S70 back in the day and I had the same issue and it was the wheel bearing. Pretty common.

 

Rotating the tires isn’t going to make them balanced...Jack up the car. Reach inside above the tire and hold onto the strut and then spin the tire if you feel a grinding vibration it’s the wheel bearing
