Fuel Part Identification

Fuel Part Identification
Hi everyone,
I have a 1994 Volv0 850 - non turbo. I have a pinhole fuel leak out of an inline metal part. It is located just aft of the passenger side front tire.
It has no electrical connections. The only two connections are one that leads back toward the gas tank and one the leads toward the engine.
I have googled check valves, pressure regulator, anti-siphon, evaporator and probably more that I can't remember now. None of them look like this thing.
Can anyone tell me what this is so I can replace it?
Thanks,
Shawn
