Volvo 850 turbo 1996. one of the headlight wipers works fine and both motors work but one just hums and doesn't move unless you move it yourself. does anyone know how to fix it or take it apart?

I don't know about taking them apart. I ended up pulling mine.

 

Just replace it, the gear inside is toast..

Being that youve moved on to the headlight wipers, I take it you got the car running?

 

no I didn't get it running again but as I said in the other post I can only get to the car on weekends if im lucky. I just figured id ask about the wipers while im here so if I found a solution I can try to tackle it all at once
