i have a 850 that 9i got back in the summer so i have never had to use the heater before. we just started to use it recently and it dosent blow heater out of the center vents boths sides work just fine. what could be the problem.

 

If the airmix is opened all the way it is normal for it to blow much colder than the side vents.
