heator resistor

Default heator resistor
I cannot stop my heater fan running unless I unplug the feed to it any idea's I think it might be the resistor but I don't know what to look for or where can anybody help

Did a failed blower switch come to mind ?

Do you have ECC (electronic climate control) or manual hvac controls?
